How do you value our business?
We value your business by looking at the overall condition of the business, income and outgoings and creating a Price Earnings Ratio. Most businesses in the UK work to a PE Ratio of 5.
Is it confidential?
Yes, our entire process from start to completion is secured by a legally binding NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) whether you sell your business to us or not
Do I have to sell to you?
Absolutely not, we understand that selling your business can be a very personal thing, and a multitude of scenarios can occur, where you may not decide to sell to us, and you are not obliged at any point of the process to continue should you not wish.
How will I know if your valuation is correct?
We strongly recommend you have an independent team behind you, at the minimum a solicitor and accountant who are experienced in M&A to verify all valuations, contracts and agreements.
How long does the process take?
This really depends on how quickly we get the information from you and the transparency into the business. We can provide you a valuation within 24 hours, and completion usually in a number of weeks, but it can take longer
